1. Tell me about the Instructor
The Instructor for all classes is me, Sandra Muschette. I have been using computers for slightly more than 20 years and have been tutoring students in computers for over 10 years. After graduating from college with a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing, I decided to shift gears and focus on the tutoring business. In addition to having hands on experience with over 250 software, I am an A+ certified computer technician. The main purpose of this site is to be an inexpensive place for students to learn about computers.
When other instructors contribute to this site their bio will be added.
2. How much does each class cost?
Each class has a full page description which includes its cost and a buy button. We guarantee that no class will ever cost more than $60. In addition, we move some of the older pay classes to the free class section once in a while.
3. When are the classes available?
All classes are available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Homework, if any, is graded within 48-hours on week days. Also, each class has a message board which is monitored and answered weekly.
4. Are certificates or degrees offered upon completion?
No, to offer degrees would involve extensive administrative costs, which would dramatically increase the cost of the classes.
5. How do I communicate with the instructor?
There are several ways to communicate with an instructor. First, each class has a launch page that has a form that can be filled out when a student needs to communicate with the instructor. Second, a student can post a message on the message board for each individual class. Third, a student can send a personal e-mail.
6. Can non U.S. residents take these classes?
Yes. That is what is so great about the Internet and online learning! It reaches all over the world and across all boundaries.
7. How much time am I allowed to find a class?
You have to sign up for a membership after you make payment. This gives you access to the materials 24 hours a day 7-days a week. Each class has a different amount of time allotted for completion. Your start date is the day that you complete the registration process. The membership will terminate at the end of that allotted time. One extension of two weeks will be granted if the student requests it by e-mail.
8. What materials are needed for class?
Whatever materials are needed is listed on the full page description for each class.
9. What classes do you plan for the future?
I use so many different types of software including, 3D art, business applications, photo editing, organization, gaming, operating systems, security applications and more. The only limit is the time it takes to create a useful class with lessons, illustrations and presentations that meet my high standards.
