Restrictions.

1. Permit others to use the program or its contents
2. Copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, redistribute any portion
of the program under any circumstances.
3. Use the site in any manner that adversely affects the availability of its
resources to other members.

Limited Warranty.
Muschette Computer Services warrants that the easyonlinelearning.com website will substantially achieve the functionality described, when operated as
directed. We do not warrant that the your use of the site or the program
will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Muschette Computer Services'
sole liability for any breach of this warranty shall be in our sole
discretion to provide or suggest remedy in such case.

Limitation of Liability.
Under no circumstances and under no legal theory, contract, tort, or otherwise shall Muschette Computer Services be liable to you or any other person for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character, including without limitation, damages for work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction for any adjustments made to your computer system as a result of following instructions or demonstrations covered throughout this program.

Allotted Time.
You have to sign up for a membership after you make payment. This gives you access to the materials 24 hours a day 7-days a week. Each class has a different amount of time allotted for completion. Your start date is the day that you complete the registration process. The membership will terminate at the end of that allotted time. One extension of two weeks will be granted if the student requests it by filling out the extension form.

Refund Policy.
All Online Class fees are only refundable or creditable during the first week of class. A processing fee of five dollars ($5.00) will be charged for each refund request. If you have any questions please contact us.
